Corrections come first
This is the mail we want most. If a fare has changed, a road has opened, an order has been withdrawn or we have simply got something wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong with it.
We check it, fix it, and move the check date on the page. If we got it wrong, the page says we got it wrong. It does not get quietly edited.
Questions about a trip
Ask. We answer what we can from what we have checked, and we tell you when we do not know instead of guessing. If the answer is on a page already, we will point you at it.
What we cannot do is plan your trip for you, book anything, or tell you whether the road will be open on a date in the future. Nobody can tell you that last one.
What we do not do
We do not sell posts, links or mentions. If you are writing to offer a paid post, a link exchange or a sponsored mention, the answer is no, and it will stay no. Nothing on this site is for sale.
How long we take
We are two people, not a support desk. We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections go to the front of the queue.
